It’s true, mindfulness can be an excellent non invasive, complimentary support and intervention for working with the mind, body and heart. You may have read the research findings and maybe even practiced enough to recognize the benefits for yourself.
Integrating mindfulness is supported by several key pillars: an understanding of what the practice is; developing or sustaining a daily practice of your own; finding someone with a long term practice to guide and inspire you; having a community of like minds and hearts to support the daily living of your spiritual practice and inquiry.
Jill Satterfield will discuss these topics and offer a few ways to begin integrating mindfulness onto your professional work, your daily life and future supervision groups for healthcare clinicians.
