Join Jill Satterfield in this exploration of deliberate sensitivity to heart/mind and body that when coupled with wise discernment and compassionate responses can cultivate an ease of being and tender care towards oneself and for others. Inner awareness has many applications — as developed attention to what one is sensing internally, what is felt can be addressed immediately leaving no trace or harm. We can respond kindly and take care in the moment.
Mindful awareness of what our internal landscape holds from the past, can lead to an understanding and releasing of what is no longer useful or skillful to carry around.
These two workshops will compliment each other by offering benevolent choices and different skills to use living in the moment, and living with our past, both with deep humanity and generosity.
